Delivery Info
Useful information about delivery.
We aim to provide you with your ordered Tiffin between 3pm – 7pm. Generally all meals are delivered free. There is flat charge of £3 for orders less than £9. Subscriptions cannot be clubbed with any other product.
Separate orders will need to be placed when 1 day order tiffin is ordered for different days. All food will be delivered in cold/ambient temperature and should be kept in refrigeration immidiately on reciept. Please reheat before eating.
We humbly request that either you or your authorised representative are present to take delivery of the Tiffin at the delivery place specified in your Tiffin order. Alternatively, please suggest where the tiffin can be kept safe for you to pick up. This can be done while ordering your meals.
Please ensure that the delivery driver has such access and parking facilities as may be reasonably required to carry out the Tiffin order.
It would be very helpful if the delivery person is not made to wait. They are holding a responsibility to deliver others on time.

In case there is any issue with the delivery please contact us directly, the delivery person will not be able to assist in resolving this much.
